As of 5:30pm ET Kaltura posted a resolution to the error that can be found at their Incident Report. We apologize for the inconvenience that this disruption has caused and thank you for your patience while Kaltura engineers worked towards a full resolution.

Beginning at approximately 1:15pm ET this afternoon, Kaltura began experiencing a service disruption. Users are currently unable to access their Kaltura accounts within Canvas (My Media and Course Media pages), and may experience difficulty with uploading videos into Kaltura. It is possible that Zoom cloud recordings are not being pushed to the meeting host's Kaltura account automatically at this time. We are reaching out to Kaltura engineers to alert them to this problem. We apologize for the inconvenience that this issue is causing and thank you for your patience while Kaltura engineers work towards a full resolution.
