ITS Service Desk

The FSU ITS Service Desk is currently experiencing a higher than normal call volume which is leading to high wait times.  Instead of calling, you can search ITS' knowledgebase for answers to your question, or you can submit a case online by using the Guest sign in (if you can't log into your account).

'Duo' you have a backup plan?

Did you know you can register another device to your Duo mobile account? If you're having trouble using Duo on a new device and have access to your old device, you can use it to to add the new device to your Duo account! Even if you're not having trouble today, we recommend to make sure you go into your Duo mobile app and enable Duo Restore and add a second device to your account on your current device. This is the best way to ensure your account will automatically back up should you get a new device so you will not need to call to be re-setup.

Class signup or drop/add

If you are having issues with drop/add or signing up for classes, please contact the admissions office via email at [email protected] or the Registrar’s office at [email protected]
