Beginning at approximately 2:45pm ET this afternoon, Kaltura began experiencing a service disruption. Users are currently unable to access their Kaltura accounts within Canvas (My Media and Course Media pages), and may experience difficulty with uploading videos into Kaltura. It is possible that Zoom cloud recordings are not being pushed to the meeting host's Kaltura account automatically at this time. Kaltura engineers are aware of the problem and actively working to identify the root cause and apply a solution.
