This article outlines how to adjust your exam window regarding adding an extension for SmarterProctoring exams.
Note: If this exam is scheduled at the FSU Testing Center and you wish for students to test at their location or with off-campus proctors, please consult them before making changes to your exam dates.
- Adjust the end date in your Course Settings to accommodate the new exam window.
- Adjust your exam window in Canvas to match the desired extension.
- Once the exam window is extended, go to Smarter Proctoring in your course navigation.
- Select View/Edit the desired exam.
- Click the Sync link on the top right.
- Adjust the Exam Scheduling Window to match the new end date in Canvas.
