Guest Registration and Access

Visitors who require access to secure FSU computing resources, including Canvas, may be registered as a sponsored guest. Review FSU's ITS article on sponsored guest requests. A department can request a sponsored guest sign in by submitting a case through the FSU Information Technology Services (ITS) Service Center a minimum of 10 business days in advance with the following information:

• Sponsor's full name
• Guest's email address
• Access requested (e.g. Canvas, Wireless Networking, VPN)
• MAC address (if personal computer is being used)

Once the guest FSUID has been created by ITS, fill out the Canvas Sponsored Guest Access Request form to gain guest access to FSU's Canvas.
