The Office of Digital Learning's Canvas Technical Support group is dedicated to helping FSU faculty, staff, and students with their online teaching and learning needs. More specifically, we can assist you with FSU's learning management system, Canvas (canvas.fsu.edu), and its connected technologies.

How to Contact Us

Our office is open from 8 AM to 5 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, except during FSU holidays. Unless we pause for a meeting or you contact us outside our operating hours, we typically respond within 2 hours.

• Create a support ticket
  If you're not in a hurry, this is our preferred way for you to contact us. Click the "Submit Ticket" button at the top-right corner of this website, or type "https://support.canvas.fsu.edu/new" in your browser at any time.
• Email [email protected]
  Emails are super convenient. Feel free to email us, but please use your FSU email account for any account- or course-related matters so we can find you in the system for ticketing, research, and/or troubleshooting purposes.
• Call (850) 644-8004
  If you need a response in less than two hours, this is the way to do it. Don't worry, you won't have to talk to a machine. We take the "real-people, real-support" approach.

To get to us, park somewhere legally (with the appropriate permit or visitor lot) in the parking lot that surrounds the Doak Campbell Football Stadium. Spot the huge Sportsmanship Statue at Gate C (south side nearest the intersection of Stadium Dr. and Hendry St.), and go inside the College of Social Work side on the right. We are located on the third floor, first door on the right.
