Yes. Canvas has fairly extensive rubric options, allowing you to attach a rubric to an assignment, graded discussion item, and to assessments (called "quizzes"). Rubrics can be used both for grading purposes or for feedback only. You can also create rubrics in Microsoft Excel and then import those rubrics into Canvas.
