How do I navigate/use Canvas's Gradebook?

Canvas automatically creates a Gradebook column for each item in your course's Assignments list. Canvas has a grade history feature, allows you to mute an assignment to hide grades from students until you are done grading, allows you to download assignment submissions to grade or view offline, and more.
